Aerial amplifier, booster, splitter and distribution diagnosis and installation.

A booster is only useful when amplification is actually needed. Too much gain can create reception problems, so we test first and install suitable distribution equipment only where appropriate.

An amplifier can help where a correctly installed aerial receives an adequate signal that then needs to be distributed to several outlets, or where measured losses in the cable system need to be overcome. It is not a cure for every reception problem. If the incoming signal is poor quality, amplifying it can also amplify interference and make the picture less stable.
We test the signal before specifying a booster, distribution amplifier or splitter. That helps ensure equipment is being fitted for a measured reason rather than as a guess.
Digital television systems can suffer when signal levels are excessive as well as when they are weak. Old amplifiers may also fail or introduce noise. If reception problems began after adding a booster, or affect several televisions connected to the same distribution equipment, testing the amplifier and bypassing components where appropriate can help isolate the fault.

Correctly specified amplifiers, splitters and distribution equipment.
The cost depends on access, aerial type, mounting hardware, cable route and whether distribution equipment is required. We assess the job and provide a clear quote before approved work begins.
Yes. We test the aerial system, cabling, connections and signal quality to identify whether repair, realignment or replacement is the sensible option.
Yes. We work with terrestrial Freeview aerial systems and satellite-based Freesat installations, including new installations, alignment and fault finding.
Yes. We can design additional TV points and multi-room distribution while checking that the available signal is suitable for splitting or amplification.
